Are you interested in taking a Nursing Assistant Class and jumpstarting your career in healthcare?

If so, Auburn Homes & Services is partnering to offer a Nursing Assistant Program.  We will be offering the program to help prepare you to play an important role in today's health care and earn your Nursing Assistant Certification!

September Nursing Assistant Class: starts September 10th until October 16th, every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday in the evening from 3pm-9pm

Nursing Assistant Job Duties:

Nursing Assistants will assist residents with daily activities and additional responsibilities based on the resident’s individual care plan. These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Bathe and dress residents
  • Feeding residents
  • Charting and documentation
  • Take vital signs
  • Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies
  • Assisting with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

Qualifications

No certification required. You will be enrolled in our NAR training program to earn your certification and potentially work at our facility upon completion of passing the course and state test.
