Job Description
The base salary range for this position is $85K - $105K.
As the Beach Club Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage, pool and beach management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver world-class service.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.
- Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.
- Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings or activations.
Qualifications
Education:
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing extensive pool and beach operations.
CPR and First Aid certification is required.
Blue Card certification
Food Handling Safety Certification
Extensive beverage knowledge in wines and spirits required.
Experience:
Prefer over 3 years working for a luxury brand hotel.
3+ years working in a food and beverage operation
