Job Description

The Membership Manager supports all day-to-day operational aspects of the membership community. Acting as the day-to-day connection for members, the Membership Manager will help drive forward the membership strategy to acquire and retain members as well as maintain the ongoing evolution of the Membership Program. As an ambassador for the property, the Membership Manager will help establish an exclusive membership base, build strong face-to-face guest relations and manage an effective retention program, while driving and delivering our brand standards. 

  • Curate and deliver the highest quality member experience for a diverse community.   Oversee all member programming, events and activations. 
  • Track key membership metrics, including revenue, usage of facilities, and overall member engagement. 
  • Contribute to the membership program’s customer relationship management (CRM) and ensure member preferences are regularly updated.
  • Oversee ongoing member communication to include weekly programming texts, monthly newsletters and periodic check-ins.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of specified property information, member information, correspondence, reports and files

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the hospitality or private club industry, preferably within a members club environment 
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach combined with a positive and curious demeanor.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model outstanding guest service and communication skills.
  • Experience solving guest and member issues and creating positive solutions and outcomes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
