Job Description

Join our team as our Talent & Culture/Admin Assistant and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for essential administrative duties that provide support to the hotel and the key leaders of our property.  

  • Greet all individuals courteously and assist with their needs and answer any questions. 
  • Maintain all T&C managed communications channels; respond to incoming phone calls and voicemails, employee bulletin boards, monitors etc. 
  • Responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining records, assisting with purchasing, and additional administrative tasks as assigned. 
  • Coordinate and schedule communication, such as phone calls, emails, scheduling, and appointments for the General Manager and Direct of Talent & Culture. 
  • Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in projects related to on-boarding, off-boarding, recruiting, team communications, training, and Team Member recognition programs.   

The starting pay rate for this position is $24.00 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.  

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Verbal and written. 
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • We are looking for a self-starter with strong and clear communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, kindness, and flexibility. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. 
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality field is preferred. 
  • Robust computer experience, including experience with google suite products.
