A vibrant community on the untouched Mexico shoreline, Susurros del Corazón is a private seaside enclave marrying raw beauty with the playful spirit of a luxuriously relaxed surf retreat.

This position involves the sales of weddings and social celebrations at Susurros del Corazón focused on Punta de Mita event planners.  The position will also act as a site expert and liaison for potential group opportunities from the remote-based sales team.  The role is responsible for pro-active direct sales, appointments, site inspections and familiarization experiences.  The ideal candidate is someone who is able to form relationships quickly and is able to convey that Susurros del Corazón is the preferred location for events in Punta de Mita.  The role works as a liaison between clients and the resort to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests.  Travel may be required to represent the resort at various trade shows and exhibits.

• Clear understanding of the resort’s business strategies, goal setting and ability to determine actions necessary to drive results.
• Identify new relationships  and business opportunities to increase sales from a targeted market.
• Demonstrate professional and confident communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
• Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, specifically local event planners.

Susurros del Corazon is situated on the sparkling Riviera Nayarit and will sit on a bluff fringed by tropical jungle that tumbles down to an intimate white sand beach, where warm breezes ruffle hammocks, surfers play on the horizon and perfect sunsets end each extraordinary day.
