Job Description

The vital link between our hotel and potential clients, the Sales Coordinator ensures seamless coordination and exceptional service from inquiry to booking. With your organizational prowess and customer-centric approach, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering lasting relationships, setting the stage for memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

  • Assist Sales Managers with the input of inquiries, leads, group blocks, and activities in Delphi when needed
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, follow up, and distribute incoming communications and inquiries as needed
  • Answer client/booker's questions about property facilities/services. (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, entertainment, restaurants, etc.)
  • Prepare group client proposals and contracts as needed
  • Collaborate with sales managers and reservations on pre-planning and preparation for site visits and VIP stays, including required site documentation and communication to the team
  • Provide support when Sales Managers are out of the office including but not limited to; checking email, informing Sales Managers of any customer issues
  • Maintain cooperative relationships and open lines of communication with leaders of operational departments to ensure concept execution of programming and product offerings

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role with experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and Salesforce Amadeus fdc (Delphi) is preferred
  • Editing skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and with confidence with guests and team members at all levels
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as the demands of the season fluctuate and to provide the best coverage to support sales
