Job Description
Embark on a dynamic journey as a Team Member and Guest Shuttle Driver, where your friendly demeanor and safe driving skills will be the driving force behind our guests' smooth transportation experiences. As the face of our transportation services, you'll not only navigate the roads with expertise but also ensure that each ride is a delightful journey for our guests.
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle, following traffic rules and regulations, and ensuring the well-being of passengers during transportation.
- Familiarize yourself with designated routes, schedules, and destinations to provide efficient transportation services for guests.
- Offer friendly and courteous customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, providing information about destinations, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
- Conduct routine inspections of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any issues promptly, and ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with hotel staff and guests, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times, and addressing any transportation-related inquiries or concerns.
Pay Rate $15.00 + tips

Qualifications
- Valid State Driver’s License, with no violations.
- Prior Customer Service experience – (Hotel Experience Preferred)
- Excellent driving record
- Two years experience driving vehicles.
- Ability to drive all vehicle types (Manual and Automatic Transmission)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
