Job Description
The Brand copywriter is responsible for safeguarding and elevating Auberge Collection’s distinctive brand voice across our dynamic content ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Content, this role will work cross-functionally to ensure that Auberge’s brand voice is consistent, compelling and aligned with the brand’s positioning and strategic objectives. The Brand copywriter collaborates across multiple touchpoints—from web and email to paid media, campaign storytelling, social content, and both internal and external communications—ensuring that every expression of the brand feels intentional, elevated and true to Auberge’s soul of the place positioning. The Brand copywriter will also leverage AI-driven tools to guide, refine, and validate the Auberge brand voice, establishing clear editorial frameworks and driving greater efficiencies across the field.

storytelling, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Storytelling & Representation
● Write short- and long-form brand copy across multiple content channels with a commitment to
excellence and authenticity.
● Ensure voice consistency and brand alignment in marketing assets across the brand content
ecosystem.
● Serve as the final editorial steward, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Auberge’s one-of-a-kind
point of view and reflects a deep sense of place.
● Drive global reach by strategically adapting Auberge's storytelling across diverse markets,
ensuring cultural relevance while preserving the brand voice.
● Incorporate best practices for GEO/SEO into all website content and third-party channels like
YouTube with guidance from the digital team.
● Lead the development and training of AI-informed editorial standards to ensure brand voice
consistency and alignment across regional teams.
● Develop re-usable tools to distribute to teams, such as AI prompts and LLM tools, that empower
users to create on-brand content with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
Cross-Functional Support
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Creative, Marketing, Press, and internal Talent &
Culture teams on ad hoc copy needs and special projects.
Commercial & Data-Driven Performance
● Develop and maintain editorial best practices, templates, SOPs and resources that support
consistent storytelling across the portfolio.
● Define KPIs, track performance and use A/B testing insights across multiple channels, leveraging
data-driven insights to optimize messaging, increase engagement, and strengthen consistency
throughout the portfolio.
Qualifications
● 7+ years of experience in copywriting within luxury, design, fashion, or hospitality brands
● Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling success across multiple channels and
touchpoints
● Excellent writing and editing skills and a high level of attention to brand alignment, details and
nuances
● Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and a fast-paced
environment
● Ability to manage multiple projects at once with organization, accuracy, attention to detail and
commitment to excellence
● Demonstrated ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset within a collaborative
environment
Additional Information
This role may be based in Bethesda, MD, New York, NY, or Remote.
This role offers a base salary range of $70,000-$90,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
