Job Description

General support activities involving data center critical system operations of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or other systems not limited to but including: Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; Performs maintenance repair duties on mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems and related equipment and machinery; Troubleshoots and diagnoses a variety of cases regarding cooling, power, and electric equipment issues; Ensures the safety and reliability of equipment and systems. Provides an advanced level of technical support during the planning and installation of various hardware, including vendor coordination efforts, Coordinates and oversees the activities of other technicians, Provides technical expertise in support of problem resolution for power/back-up power systems.Seasoned professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey level position.Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Normally receives little instructions on day-to-day work, general instructions on new projects/assignments. Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience with Data Center HVAC, mechanical, electrical or other systems.
