Job Description

  • Works with the Performance Manager/Director to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients across both display and social
  • Supports the Performance Manager/Director in campaign planning by liaising closely with external vendors and internal teams and business units.
  • Builds and in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
  • Fully responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner. Your managers and clients should never need to chase overdue work. 
  • Campaign implementation to a high level of quality, including building creative specs documents, trafficking, campaign set up, optimization and reporting
  • Responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting, including basic data analysis, weekly, daily and competitive reporting
  • Ensures all work is delivered in an efficient manner and to a high standard with 100% accuracy.


  • At least 1 years experience in a digital/performance/analytical role within an agency/performance environment
  • Experience implementing campaigns on Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at junior level
  • Solid project management skills
  • Attention to detail ensuring no errors
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to Manager/Director, Client Lead and Client needs and issues
  • Basic  knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
  • Basic level knowledge of Performance tools and systems- Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Excel & Keynote, Report Insights, Youtube, Tag management.
