Global HR Business Partner, Product

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, whip smart, and upbeat Global HR Business Partner to support Atlassian’s "Head of Product" leaders and their global organization of leaders and team members. Based in our Mountain View office, you will sit on the Global Product leadership teams and partner closely with management and employees on all people and organization related issues (including organizational health, workforce planning, coaching, development, etc). As this is a globally distributed team - the Product organization is based in Austin, Sydney, New York, San Francisco, and Mountain View - it will be your role to strengthen the team’s global leadership capability, as you partner closely with the HR People Partners on the ground in each location to drive functional excellence.

More about you
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- 7-10 years HR experience with dynamic, challenging responsibilities as a strategic partner (and international experience or exposure is a huge bonus)
- A history of partnering well with leadership and partners to develop a culture of innovation, excellence, and openness; abilities and ideas that build and improve the culture
- Critical thinking skills with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues who is able to run multiple complex challenges and prioritize projects
- The ability to work effectively in a fast changing environment
- Strong partner alignment and management skills in a highly matrixed organization
- Ideally, you will have owned multiple large client groups within a fast growing environment and worked deep within those areas
- Ability and willingness to work at all levels of the HR “stack” – Strategic, operational, and tactical
