EA Reporting to EA to Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Atlassian’s mission is to unleash the potential of every team and now we’re looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to join our TEAM!  

This role is part of the Founder support team reporting to the EA to the Co-Founder and Co-CEO. We are a close-knit team - we work hard, back each other up, laugh constantly and love coming to work. This is the dream job for an experienced EA who is looking for an alternative to the zipped up, high-collared corporate world.

You should be someone who enjoys working on both business and personal tasks, anticipates issues before they arise and builds relationships effortlessly with those around you. You think that no task is too small in order to assist your team members. The right attitude will be your defining quality and the key to success in this role.

You are the person we’re looking for if you’re methodical, calm under pressure, able to juggle conflicting demands and have exceptional attention to detail. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial as you work closely with the Executive team. This role has the opportunity to expand over time so we’re looking for someone who wants to grow, develop and step up.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Travel arrangements, calendar management

  • Personal errands and administration

  • Event management – off-sites, celebrations

  • Ad hoc projects

  • Record and database management

  • Reconciling of monthly expenses

  • General administration
