Job Description
- 10+ years of experience for designing and implementing global recruitment business plan / structure for Staffing verticals.
- Global Account Management experience from Software, Recruitment & Sourcing industries for India, US, ASAP, Europe market.
- Hands on experience on Budgeting, Profits & Loss management for different business unit.
- Excellent with bench / resource management.
- Strong experience with decision making for global recruitment vertical
Qualifications
- Need decision maker coming from consulting and staffing delivery experience.
- Excellent with Global Account Management
- Hands on with Budget, P&L Management.
