Job Description
Position Summary
The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims cordination team.
Please note that this is a remote position. We will provide you with the equipment as long as you have your own high speed internet connection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will primarily be doing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems.
Follow up on missing information in order to process the claim.
Review invoices to ensure accuracy.
Compile reports from systems with claims information.
Required:
High school diploma
6 months to 1 year of work experience
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to customers regarding scheduling a service, updating their information in the system, or making collections calls regarding status of invoices
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service and support to our client’s customers
You will also ensure a unique memorable customer service experience answering questions and resolving inquiries with the utmost compassion, care, sensitivity and accuracy to heart
Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc
Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills
Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions
Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system
