Role & responsibilities

• Good understanding of various artifact available in IBM BAW and should be able to judge best suited artifact for the given set of requirements
• Should be able to analyse the requirements and translate them into process automation solutions using IBM BAW artifacts
• Should be able to design process flow for the given set of requirements
• Design scalable and robust process automation using IBM BAW
• Develop architectural diagrams and design documents for the workflow solutions adhering to the architectural principal and design standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for BAW design and maintain up to date documentation for workflow application and configuration
• Should be able to understand the integration patterns with various upstream and downstream. Evaluate and recommend the integration methodologies based on the guidelines and best pratices with IBM BAW.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and work Closely with cross functional teams including BA, solution architects, project managers etc.
• Good understanding of the Databases involved including product databases and application databases
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions
• Build and Customize workflow solutions using IBM BAW tools and technologies
• Analyse and optimize the configuration for IBM BAW Process Center and Process Server Environments
