Job Description

•    Minimum 7+ years of experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or in similar business discipline
•    Knowledge of web client development technologies like: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS 3.0, Bootstrap, JQuery, Dojo,Ajax
•    Knowledge of web server development technologies like: ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Web APIs, HTTP Handlers
•    3+ Yrs. Experience in developing Web and Desktop Application using C# and VB.net
•    3+ Yrs. Experience in GIS Web development using ArcGIS JavaScript API and REST Framework
•    3+ Yrs. Experience in GIS Desktop development using ArcObjects and .NET framework.
•    Hands on experience on Geoprocessing and Model Builder. Python experience is preferred.
•    Hands on experience on using and administrating ArcGIS Enterprise products (Server, Portal, Pro, Dashboards, Fieldmaps, etc.)
•    Hands on experience on using ArcGIS for Desktop and Geodatabase Administration, Configuration, and tuning. 
•    Experience in dealing with DBMS like: Oracle and SQL, DB spatial queries and triggers.
•    GIS Mobile development is a plus (Flutter, or React Native), Cordova development is preferred.
•    Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycles SDLC for enterprise solutions (from analysis, design,
•    development, acceptance testing and deployment, through to onsite technical support & site administration)
•    Proven experience in administrating and supporting enterprise systems in highly available production.
•    environments.
