Description:

Responsible for the systematic review and business analysis of data quality performance for critical data items and the investigation of data quality issues to identify impacts, root causes and opportunities to uplift data quality used in key NHS Test and Trace activities.
Developing data quality business rules with strong stakeholder and collaboration skills to engage with data stewards to create data quality rules to enable the creation of reports and dashboards to inform Data Stewards, Owners and Executive level directors on data quality performance and data issues.
Leveraging analysis, reports and dashboards to create actionable improvement plans that are prioritised against a defined prioritisation criteria.
Working with the Data Quality Specialist to perform deeper analysis into complex data quality issues
Key technical skills: Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Dashboard/Visualisation tools (ideally Microsoft Power BI).
