1. All skills above mentioned are mandatory and the candidate must work on high performing applications which handle millions of threads in an instance
2. This individual should think out of the box and share optimal solutions in the given scenario
3. Strong in coding and problem solving, should be able to analyze and start developing the product from the scratch
4. Write clean code (think about positive/negative test cases)
