Job Description
- Audit Applications Specialist - Audit Management System
- Location: Auckland or Christchurch preferred
- Full time / Fixed term until June 2027
Are you a solutions-driven digital professional with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation? We’re looking for an Applications Specialist to play a key role in transforming our auditing systems and enhancing the user experience across our Audit Management System (AMS).
As part of our passionate and future-focused team, you’ll work closely with the Applications Manager and stakeholders across the business to deliver enhancements, support migrations, and contribute to a long-term digital roadmap that shapes the future of auditing services in Aotearoa.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver key improvements from the AMS backlog
- Support seamless program migrations to Intact with minimal disruption
- Drive enhancements beyond the MVP stage for AMS-integrated programs
- Champion continuous improvement and maintain quality standards
- Provide first-line support and issue resolution for auditing teams
- Test and deploy new system features and updates
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and new starters
- Help shape a five-year digital roadmap for auditing services
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in service industry management or IT product delivery
- Strong understanding of job management systems, customer databases, and integration platforms
- Experience with Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, and application lifecycle management
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A detail-oriented problem solver who also sees the big picture
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles
