About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch & Logistics Assistant to join our team in a part-time permanent role (15 hours per week). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organised, and supporting efficient logistics operations. The role is based at our Tullamarine site, working 5 hours per day from Monday to Wednesday.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate preparation and timely despatch of customer orders and samples, while supporting warehouse organisation and administrative tasks.

About You

You are organised, proactive, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. You enjoy working in a structured environment and supporting team outcomes. Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
