Astucemedia's Project Manager is responsible to drive project success, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles. Collaborate with teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of cutting-edge broadcast graphics solutions. Balance technical prowess with creative direction, crafting captivating visual experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Project Planning: Create comprehensive plans encompassing scope, timelines, and resources, aligned with goals and stakeholder expectations.  
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration for milestone achievement.  
• Scope Management: Define clear project scope and manage changes effectively to avoid scope creep.  
• Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial limits.  
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.  
• Communication: Maintain open channels with stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating updates.  
• Quality Assurance: Establish quality controls, ensuring project deliverables meet standards.  
• Timeline Adherence: Monitor timelines, addressing potential delays.  
• Issue Resolution: Address challenges promptly, maintaining project momentum.  
• Documentation: Keep organized, up-to-date project documentation.  
• Client Interaction: Interface with clients, ensuring satisfaction through timely updates.  
• Reporting: Generate project status reports, highlighting achievements and challenges.  
• Lessons Learned: Evaluate projects post-completion for improvement insights.  
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze outcomes for process optimization.  

• BSc/BA in Project Management, or a related field;  
• Proven experience in project management  
• Knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously. 
• A strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills.
