Job Description

At Astucemedia, the candidate we are seeking is someone with a passion for innovation around data and its visualization, specifically applied to sports, finance, elections, social media, and more. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer/Product Support Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who works well in small teams to meet business and technology requirements with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and delivery. As a key member of our software development team and working collaboratively with the services department, Full Stack Developer/Product Support Specialist is responsible for: 

  • Provide Level-1 & Level-2 support to existing clients.
  • Perform quality checklist for product releases and updates.
  • Perform routine health check of client systems.
  • Document client solution workflows.
  • Log support issues and report to the development team.
  • Automate monitoring and support task using a scripting language.

Qualifications

  • Languages: C#, Python, VBScript, SQL
  • Technologies: Web Development, RDBMS, General Windows Administration.
  • Industry: TV Broadcast, Realtime Graphics (Vizrt, Expression, Unreal Engine, Unity)
