Astroscale U.S. Inc. is looking for a Bids & Proposal Intern to join us for Summer 2025. All summer internships are paid and nominally run from May to September in Denver, CO.
Job Description
- Support the Business Development & Advanced Systems team by collaborating with core functions of Astroscale U.S. to develop compliant and compelling proposals for novel space solutions.
- Learn proposal industry best practices and apply them in real-time, leading kickoff meetings, stand-up calls, and milestone reviews.
- Analyze solicitations then plan, write, and refine proposal content.
- Assist in analyzing/tracking requirements and Ad hoc editing and proofreading of proposal content.
- Gain a practical working knowledge of U.S. national security, U.S. civil, and commercial segments across the space industry.
- Build a strong familiarity with on-orbit servicing and its role in keeping space safe and accessible for the benefit of future generations.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate studying for a degree related to your internship.
- Coursework, training, or experience related to your internship.
- Fantastic communication skills: oral and written.

Pay rate: $29 per hour
