Ensuring that all food production is in line with food standards and the consistent delivery of quality, well presented food to our customers plus bringing creativity to the pastry section

Who we're looking for:

Someone who has proven large volumebanquetingor fine dining experience at Chef de Partie level, preferably gained in a 4* to 5* property, Excellent planning and organising skills, A creative approach to the production of great products. And, of course, someone who takes great pride in producing high quality food at all times.
