Job Description:

The Chef de Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets and is required to run a particular section of the kitchen.

Who we're looking for:

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join an independent restaurant and really stamp your mark and create a reputation for yourself. My client is looking for a strong and talented Chef De Partie who has had exposure to high end standards and works with fresh food, someone with ambition, determination and the confidence to make this restaurant stand out from the rest. You should have at least 4-5 years experience working as a chef in the hospitality industry preferably with independents or small hotels, however if you can display the passion required then we want to hear from you.
