Job Description:

The Sous chef will be responsible for the consistent delivery of new and exciting menus and work closely with the Head Chef. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent standards and experience in maintaining and improving margin and food costs.Above all your passion for food must be exemplary!

Who we're looking for:

A current Sous Chef or Strong Chef De Partie looking to progress themselves with an excellent company. My client requires you to have a background of working in a 4-5 star environment with accolades or food at a 1 Rosette level.
