  1. Long Beach: 2 positions available, billing preparation and appointments,  bilingual (Spanish)
  2. Los Angeles (LAX area): 2 position available, bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)


We seek people with dental office experience: customer service, check-out, billing preparation, next visit appointment making.

Assure offers comprehensive dental treatments to its patients, including:  General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth) and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).

Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities under different names in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a company in growth and we are looking for qualified, team-oriented, people to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our business. We have over 45 years of collective management experience. Our offices are all beautifully appointed with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography. While our offices are very busy, we do not operate like a clinic. We desire to attract and retain quality-oriented staff that have excellent work ethic and communication skills. Job Description

The front office staff  is considered the first point of contact in the dental office. Team members will ensure that patients receive a great experience from the time they show up and leave from their dental appointment. You will also answer phones, and monitor patient schedules for upcoming appointments.  Other related positions include front desk patient check-out, and patient chart preparation (updating).
 
 Front Office/Check-Out Primary Responsibilities:

-Greeting and helping patients as they complete their dental 
-Prepare billing documentation for the billing process,  and answering phones
-Collecting payments due for that day's scheduled appointment
-Make outbound calls to patients and rescheduling broken appointments

We will provide all necessary training to heighten your skills and enable you to competently communicate with patients and handle assigned operational business tasks. These positions will involve some Saturdays and some evening hours.

Qualifications

Requirements:
-billing experience (PPO, HMO)
 -1-3 years Dental Experience required!
-Has people skills or customer service experience
-Computer skills
-Being organized
-Bilingual in Spanish a plus
