Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Understanding product objectives and how different components interact to create and execute test cases.
  • Test complex API, web-based applications that reference database back-end systems.
  • Creating and maintaining automated test cases, executes test suites, reviewing and diagnosing reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality prior to a customer release.
  • Working with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
  • Estimating own testing tasks and working productively with minimum supervision while showing an excellent team attitude.


Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in testing automation.
  • Good understanding of testing frameworks like Selenium or Appium
  • Understanding of CD/CI methodologies and how they work.
  • Hands-on skills with subversions like SVN, GIT etc.
  • Hands-on skills with security testing & performance testing.
  • Well versed knowledge across project development process and life cycles.
  • Capability to demonstrate skills towards Team / Peers management.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to any changes both technical and process-related.
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
  • The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience of working as part of Agile teams.
