Job Description
Location: Bournemouth

Do you have min 3 years post qualification experience within property and dispute resolution? My client is a leading firm who are growing and are looking for an additional member to their property team.
The team are busy and highly regarded and would suit someone looking to progress their career.
You will provide support to Senior Managers and fee earners, you will be IT literate, highly competent and able to manage a varied workload to inc admin/sec assistance, document production, file & diary management, and assisting with routine aspects of real estate transactions such as stamp duty land tax returns, land registry applications and drafting basic commercial property documents with supervision.
The successful person will:-
- Have strong organisational skills
- Real commitment to client service
- Min 3-5 years PQE within property litigation/dispute resolution
- Have exp of dealing with landlords, evictions, boundary issues etc
- Be beneficial to have Construction, Employment and HR practice exp but not essential
