B2B Sales Executive

Job Description

Location: Dorchester

Salary: to £28k basic, uncapped OTE c £45k+

My client is a growing business with a Head Office in Dorchester and are looking to expand their team with a confident Sales Executive who can help with that growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of passion, energy and hunger for money with previous experience in a B2B sales environment. You will be a driven individual who has the correct attitude and who will go above and beyond to look after your clients. You will be resilient to knock backs and have huge amounts of enthusiasm. You will think outside the box creatively and treat the business as if it were your own.

This role would suit someone who is either field based and wants to get back into a more office based role or who is looking for their next step up. You must be able to demonstrate a stable CV and have not job hopped!

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively and professionally managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, lead management, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing the deal.

There is a database of customers which needs updating but you will also be required to generate new leads.

All applicants must have:

  • A drive to succeed
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment
  • A willingness to use the telephone to make sales, and contact customers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to generate new leads, and close the deal
  • High levels of customer service experience which will ensuring repeat business from our customer base
  • IT Literate having used CRM previously

They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, very organised and can change priorities at a moment’s notice. You will need an eye for detail to ensure the customer receives the right service at the right time which will continue to support our customer retention rates
