We are seeking a dynamic and results orientated finance professional to provide leadership and financial support to all the entities under the Group. The ideal candidate must be:

• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have experience ofusing automated financial systems.Understanding of Hansa World an asset.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise 
• Superior management skills with the ability to influence internal/external stakeholders
• An energetic, flexible, collaborative team leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical financial initiatives. 
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with senior management, Group board of directors, and staff members
• Manage strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process

• Oversee annual tax processes.

• Development and refinement of management accounting and reporting including metrics/KPIs and enhanced business analysis.

• Implement business/financial strategic plan.

• Completion of statutory financial accounts for hotel and restaurant.

• Ensure adherence with the organisational policies and procedures

• Preparation and review of business performance reports and forecasts.

• Financial modeling, analysis and presenting of findings to senior stakeholders and Directors.

• BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, ACCA and/or CPA highly desirable
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management within restaurants/hospitality industry is desirable.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, having had hospitality finance management is a bonus

Salary: $36,000 USD plus accommodation allowance or possibly accommodation in a staff room on property. around 10% for a social security etc. 

No personal income tax in Antigua.
