The Data Analyst manages analysis, quantitative modeling, and other data-driven projects, working closely with the Sr. Data Analyst and other executives across the organization under general supervision. The Data Analyst team either collaborates with (a subset of Sales, Operations, Marketing, Client Service) in the development and advancement of managerial reporting and operating dashboard.
Communicate effectively with business leaders, to assess opportunities and develop research and data-driven solutions.
Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions using appropriate data engineering, analytics, visualization & dashboard applications.
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Communicate with co-owners regarding adherence to established business processes.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Develop and publish internal reports from SQL database and Salesforce.
Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Support the analytical needs of the organization as needed.
Construct analysis and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
2+ years of work experience as a data analyst or in related field.
Advanced data modeling experience and Excel skills.
Ability to analyze large databases and data sets to provide analytical data solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Organized and structured approach to work with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to exercise independent, mature judgment, prioritize tasks & maintain confidentiality required.
Proven ability to work in high pressure environment with deadlines.
Possesses the ability to display a range of characteristics, including calmness under pressure, a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.
Sitting, typing and computer monitor viewing for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Must be able to type and perform repetitive keystrokes.
- This position will be located in the Philadelphia or Tampa area. Some travel required
