Job Description

The QA Support Analyst will have many responsibilities, including but not limited to business analysis, internal support for digital applications, and quality assurance. As an integral member of the Digital Team, the QA Support Analyst will provide quality assurance for current and ongoing projects, manage internal and external support processes, and provide ongoing support for the business stakeholders related to our guest-facing applications.

The midpoint for this position is $88,245. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
•    Provide second tier internal and external support related to customer-facing digital applications. This includes ecommerce, mobile app, account sites, and more.
•    Create and execute test plans. Manage the defect prioritization process and work with development team(s) to remediate said defects.
•    Manage queue of defects for each application. This includes providing detailed steps to reproduce, prioritizing each issue based on business/guest impact, scheduling work with the appropriate vendor and testing the fixes.
•    Write acceptance criteria, perform user acceptance testing of new features, participating in agile development cycles.
•    Create and maintain documentation and training material for digital applications that can be used as a primary resource for operations teams.
•    On mountain testing is required for testing some features of the mobile app, and occasional in-person troubleshooting or testing is required for check-in applications located throughout the resort.
•    Work with Digital Product Managers and Engineers to continuously improve digital applications and overall guest experience.
•    Assess and communicate opportunities and risks related to digital applications and make recommendations to optimize the platform appropriately.
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•    3+ years of experience in QA, Technical Support, or similar for B2C applications is required.
•    Experience performing quality assurance in web, mobile or marketing technologies is required.
•    Experience with Jira or similar project management tool is required.
•    Experience with SQL queries is highly preferred.
•    Experience with API endpoint testing is highly preferred.
•    Experience managing vendors, including custom development and design firms is preferred.
•    Experience with mobile app development is preferred.
•    Some experience with Agile (scrum) methodologies is preferred.

Supervision Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Supervision Received: Works under general supervision of the Director of Digital Technology. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.

Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements  
No adverse or hazardous conditions 
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
