Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self‐starter who is comfortable jumping into new situations and loves to solve complex problems while providing outstanding customer service. 
 
The midpoint for this position is $102,298 Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

This position is only remote in the following states: Colorado, Idaho, Georgia & California.

Essential Job Functions

•    Maintain, tune and monitor servers within Azure environment. 
•    Work with Digital Team to manage the deployment pipeline across several applications, timing deliveries of new builds with precision and forethought, taking into account multiple concurrent tracks of work, seasonal shifts, and business expectations.
•    Work with managed services vendor to ensure our environment is meeting our needs efficiently, from both a performance and cost standpoint. 
•    Provide amazing customer service and IT support to end users and business partners  
•    Provide technical support for core and cloud infrastructure  
•    Identify root cause of IT issues and work diligently to research and solve the issues and eliminate recurring tickets  
•    Work collaboratively with other technical teams to solve problems quickly and efficiently  
•    Instill confidence for end users through clear and effective communication 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    3 years of related experience required
•    Experience monitoring, maintaining and tuning infrastructure in an Azure environment 
•    Sitecore experience in an Azure environment 
•    Experience with Backup and Monitoring software
•    Support and maintain all on mountain infrastructure for our web presence. This includes: weather stations, web cams, Veovo BlipTrack sensors and snow stake cams. 
•    Scripting and automation experience preferred: CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, WMI, Runbooks.
•    Prior Experience with Jira, Artifactory, and automation software preferred
•    Prior experience supporting and administering DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
•    Comfortable reading/writing in at least two code languages ( C#, C++, Go, Java Script, PHP, Python, Ruby, YAML, etc)
•    Prior experience working with a managed service provider (MSP) preferred 
•    Prior experience with migrations to cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
•    Proven experience solving technical problems and working with 3rd party vendors independently
•    Experience designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions

Supervision Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Supervision Received: Works under general supervision of the Systems Manager. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.

Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements  
No adverse or hazardous conditions 
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
