Job Description

Aspen Skiing Company’s strategic growth plans include the evolution of our central reservations department as a key sales department.  This role is designed to provide effective support for the systems and business services in a manner consistent with Aspen Skiing Company’s guiding principles.
The Software Support Analyst must be passionate about service, the guest experience, technology, and be specifically focused on: 

The budgeted salary midpoint for this position is $67,853. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus

Essential Job Functions
•    Participating in the support of all business operations that use Inntopia to improve sales, customer service, and business development via this platform. 
•    Providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that leverage the Inntopia platform to drive sales.
•    Creating and maintaining strategic partnerships with resort partners to integrate their products into the Inntopia platform.
•    Work with Inntopia and other key vendors on strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals with booking technology
•    Assess and communicate opportunities and risks related to booking system and make recommendations to optimize the platform appropriately
•    Build business cases, ROI, cost justifications and other analysis to help sell booking platform projects internally
•    Participate in the control of projects as they relate to the selection, development, and installation of systems that utilize Inntopia.
•    Help drive adoption of new Inntopia applications through evangelization, training, consensus building and ongoing support
•    Ensure consistent operations and availability of Inntopia services through oversight of service level agreements with vendor, monitoring of platform systems performance, and continuous improvement.
•    Provide training and ongoing support to internal and external Inntopia users.
•    Maintain Inntopia configurations and settings for all applicable portals, channels, as well as any other use cases.  
•    Facilitate strategic relationships between internal users and external entities, including resort partners, third party suppliers, industry peer organizations, and Inntopia affiliates.
•    Ensure Inntopia systems and operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including PCI

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.  
•    Experience with Inntopia or similar Central Reservation System strongly preferred
•    Hospitality and/or Tourism experience ideal
•    Success executing integration projects and systems maintenance, including products such as Central Reservation Systems, Property Management Systems, Points of Sale, and other third-party vendors
•    Extensive knowledge/experience implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining all things related to the back- and front-ends of a database-driven application
•    Strong interpersonal, communication (written/verbal), teamwork and consensus building skills
•    Self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality and outdoor recreation
•    Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders
•    Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in problem solving

Supervision given and received 
Supervision given:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Supervision received. Works under general supervision of the Director of Stay Aspen Snowmass. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.  
Work Environment and physical demands 
Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements  
No adverse or hazardous conditions 
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
