Job Description

Summary 

Equal parts strategist, orchestrator, designer, and get stuff done, the Creative Producer leads project management, execution, and coordination of all creative initiatives including campaigns, video, design, messaging, and other initiatives. The Creative Producer must be able to multi-task, anticipate issues, and manage the needs of various stakeholders. S(he) will drive our annual creative strategy, develop and implement our creative brief process, systemize our assets, keep us on track, and manage both internal teammates and external agencies. The Creative Producer will directly lead our design and content team and will be a key partner to our operating unit leaders in fulfilling our business objectives.

Essential Job Functions

•    Lead message, initiative, and campaign development across mediums such as live action shoots, photography shoots, graphic design, digital projects and activations.
•    Define project goals and scope, develop schedules, and manage diverse feedback loops
•    Directly oversee quality, quantity and impact of graphic design work across resort and digital collateral; ideally also be able to jump in and design during crunch times
•    Handle internal staff workflow and direct outside agencies and/or production partners in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions from concept to completion.
•    Collaborate with internal partners (Product Marketing, Operations, Revenue Centers, Hotels, etc.) across lines of business to bring projects and ideas to market
•    Make creative and resource allocation decisions on behalf of our business units, while meeting high brand standards, a high bar for aesthetic quality, and within timeline/budgets.
•    And let’s not forget…skiing on powder days

Qualifications

•    Demonstrated taste and craft across production work
•    Positive, collaborative attitude and drive
•    Able to work quickly, strategically prioritize multiple projects, and manage individual and team workloads in a fast-paced environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to scale ideas for global deliverables/impact and the resources it takes to implement.
•    Proficiency with marketing up and down the funnel
•    College degree required. 
•    Design background preferred.
•    5+ year’s experience working on integrated creative teams.
•    Experience with project management software and processes
•    Previous experience in role at an agency or top brand.
•    Passion for outdoor sports preferred.

Supervision given and received 

Given:  Exercises general supervision over assigned staff. Assigns a variety of routine tasks, sets general expectations of results expected within company’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

Received: Works under general supervision of the Creative Director. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.
