Job Description

The Product Sales & Services Office Supervisor works with the Manager to provide exemplary service and a seamless sales experience of the Product Sales & Services Department. This is a 10.5 month position and could be based at Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk. 

Essential Job Functions
•    Provides supervision and support to frontline ticket sales team in day-to-day operations
•    Demonstrates exemplary customer service at all times and maintains team standard for guest service excellence
•    Collaborates with management in the hiring of seasonal staff, assists with annual performance appraisals and payroll 
•    Provides ongoing training to staff with regards to operating standards; promotes product knowledge, up-selling techniques, software training, etc. 
•    Creates staff schedule, maintains and purchases administrative supplies for department
•    Delivers continuous performance feedback to staff, offering coaching and completing documentation throughout the season
•    Assists with the implementation of the employee education program in the interest of employee development
•    Develops relationships with key personnel to help facilitate effective cross-communication between relevant departments

Qualifications

•    Prior experience managing staff
•    Money handling experience with US currency
•    Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
•    Familiarity with Resort Technology Partners (RTP) software a plus
•    High school degree or equivalent 
•    College degree preferred
•    Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese preferred
•    Knowledge of other languages is helpful
