Job Description

The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for securing reservations, assisting with venue promotion, managing guest requests, and maximizing occupancy for company restaurants.
Essential Job Functions
•    Respond to lunch & dinner reservation inquiries for company restaurants, book reservations, and facilitate table and seating inventory.
•    Coordinate & book reservations for special planned events such as snowcat dinner rides
•    Field initial enquires for group reservations and send leads to ASC Catering department. 
•    Promote, market, and sell guest-direct reservations by phone, fax, email, online chat, and the Aspen Snowmass website with support and direction from Marketing and the Tickets & Guest Service department.  
•    Liaise with restaurant management and /or DOC regarding specific guest requests or specialty dinner dates.
•    Foster and maintain strong relations and direct communications with area hotel concierges to maximize reservations at company restaurants.
•    Maintain/oversee ASC Guest Loyalty Program
•    Provide guest timely day-of confirmations including: date and time of lunch and/or dinner, deposit, and cancellation policies.
•    Maintain manual seating chart and calendar to avoid overselling.  Ensure manual calendar and database calendar are current. 
•    Maintain reservation system for both lunch and dinner reservations for company restaurants. Maximize availability while managing waitlists.
•    Manage guest cancelations including cancellation fee when necessary.
•    Track & enter guest credit card information to remain Payment Card Industry compliant.
•    Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

•    College graduate preferred
•    Prior guest service/concierge experience is preferred
•    Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
•    Competent with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
•    Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English is required
•    Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
