Our goal is to democratize the access to information - making it free for hr professionals, companies and consultants that are trying to better understand the why and how of work technology - not just hear who they should buy.
Our fully remote team supports tech companies, investors, events and service providers from around the world through our three divisions - research, strategy & membership. This role will be key in developing the membership team and work closely with the CEO and other team members cross functionally.
This could be a part time or full time role for the right person.
A key part of our business is our membership collective and we are really looking for someone to help nurture, grow, manage and be as passionate about our members as we are!
This is a key role for us and we need someone who loves to do a little bit of everything - marketing, customer success, event management, community building - and knows that consistency is key for great member experiences.
You will have the chance to work hand in hand with our members and our external partners and experts managing events, sharing information, gathering feedback, updating the social and online content, answering questions, etc. No sales or quota of any type is required in this role.

Experience in a customer success, project management, social/online community or supporting marketing or sales teams within HR Tech a plus but not required.
