Job Description
As Head of Technology and Digital, you will lead Aspect's technology function, ensuring our technology services, platforms and cyber security capabilities are reliable, secure and future-focused. Reporting to the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a technology strategy that supports Aspect's mission and organisational priorities.
This is a strategic leadership role that balances day-to-day technology operations with enterprise transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation to drive digital innovation, modernise systems and infrastructure, strengthen data and cyber capabilities, and deliver technology investments that create measurable value for the people and communities we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering Aspect's technology strategy, roadmap and governance framework aligned to organisational priorities.
- Leading technology operations, IT service management, the service desk and workplace technology services, including incident, problem, request, change, asset and service-level management, to deliver reliable, responsive and customer-focused support across Aspect’s dispersed operating environment
- Overseeing cyber security, technology risk, privacy and identity and access management across the organisation.
- Driving the modernisation and optimisation of enterprise applications, platforms, integrations, data capabilities and emerging technologies, including AI.
- Managing the enterprise technology portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, governed and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Building strong partnerships with executives, business leaders, vendors and external partners to maximise technology value and organisational impact.
- Leading and developing a high-performing technology team while overseeing budgets, commercial arrangements, workforce planning and vendor performance.

Qualifications
You’ll bring:
- Extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation or IT management roles.
- Demonstrated success in shaping technology direction and translating strategic priorities into impactful technology outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary technology environments, including cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, cyber security, data and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading complex portfolios, technology investments, vendor partnerships and multidisciplinary teams.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to modernise services while managing operational risk and competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging Executive teams, Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Well-developed commercial, financial and governance capabilities, coupled with sound judgement and decision-making.
- A passion for leading people, fostering collaboration and building a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience within the human services, education, health, disability or not-for-profit sectors is desirable.
You’ll also need a current Working with Children Check (NSW) (paid for by employee) and National Police Check (paid for by Aspect).
