Job Description

  • $81.7K - $121K pa (pro-rata) FTE inclusive of super + phone + laptop 
  • Join a team of passionate dedicated professionals in a supportive school environment
  • Part-time role (3-days per week), 12-month contract until December, 2026

Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aim to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. This role works closely with the Aspect Central Coast School's Learning Support Team to achieve the best outcomes for students through individual, whole class, and whole school supports. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. Pre-purchased annual leave is available and will be considered for candidates who may prefer to only work school terms.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Member of Speech Pathology Australia (or willing to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness for occasional travel across the Central Coast.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’  certificate. If you have not already completed the free module, click here to access it.
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance
