• Want to make a difference, supporting individuals with their goals through their strengths and interests?  Our quality team of Aspect Support Workers work together with Autistic adults in a community environment, allowing participants to engage in activities that support and enhance independent living skills, social understanding and health and wellbeing.
• Multiple part time roles available (4 days per week). The hours are 08:45 – 15:15, Monday to Thursday.

What you bring:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Service or Individual Support 
• Experience working in a day program, supported accommodation services or a hospital setting – required
• Experience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needs
• Engaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapport
• Motivated, resilient and enthusiastic
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Driver’s licence (desirable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module, ‘Quality, Safety and You.' If you have not already completed this free module, click here to access it. 
• You may also be required to provide an international police clearance

Post chat interview, shortlisted candidates will progress through the following stages:

1. Interview (on site)
2. Pre-employment checks (including two reference checks)
3. Verbal offer made
4. Sign and return contract
5. Return new starter information
6. Induction - 20th October
