Duration: 12 Months

• Develop Design Specifications of the existing system(s) based on Extracted Architecture and Transaction Flows.

• Assist the team in mapping the System Transaction Flows to existing Business Process Models and document the mapping in a usable informational format.

• Document the existing Application Features in a Requirements document that can be used as a start for the replacement system and/or used for a gap analysis to evaluate potential COTS packages that could be used as a replacement.

• Create Data Flow and Process Flow Diagrams
