42 square meter superior room are equipped with king or twin bed. In the closet are the safety box, laundry bags & lists, extra pillows & blanket. Other facilities are also provided in the rooms, such as mini bar, internet access etc.

The hotel has more than 1900sqm of meeting area and a dedicated meetings team. They are well equipped to handle meetings and banquets of up to 1100 persons.

Internship description:
1. Maintaining customer relationships within the duration of their stay to ensure guests get the most satisfied with the service and attention.
2. Ensure that the hotel guests, repeat customers, members to continue the enjoyment of the brand standard service treatment.
3. To recommend hotel services and facilities to the guests.
4. Prepare VIP Member and repeat customers welcome letter.
5. Cooperation between partners and other departments or outside work closely together to provide quality services.

Requirements:

Good English speaking.
