Job Description
The incumbents who will report to the Sales Manager will be expected to deliver on the following sales expectations:
-Achieve targets for assigned sales territories
-Ensure effective planning and redistribution of products in the assigned coverage areas.
-Ensure strict adherence to the company's financial guidelines and sales procedures.
- Analyse the competitive landscape for restructuring prospects and advise accordingly.
-Coordinate establishment and deployment of fitting marketing communication strategies for market penetration and trade development.
Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Possess a good first degree in social sciences or business administration from a reputable higher institution.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience in a fast moving consumer goods company
Additional Information
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must:
- Demonstrate competence to sell and achieve results
- Be familiar with Distributor Partnership Sales model
- Have hands-on experience in managing Distributor partners
- Possess relationship building skills
- Possess strong IT skills in relevant applications
- Be between the ages of 25-30 years
- Have high energy and be proactive
