Job Description

Ashburn Consulting is seeking a highly-qualified, motivated program manager with technical experience in public safety dispatch systems and identity management in support of regional information technology programs. A local government is responsible for administering, managing, and operating critical information technology services on behalf of the National Capital Region (NCR), which includes and encircles the nation’s capital.

Qualifications

-Three years technical experience with identity management processes or systems.

- Three years technical program management experience.

- Three years of experience in regional, multi-agency technology projects spanning multiple jurisdictions is required; familiarity with public safety fire and rescue operations is preferred.

- Experience in the area of stakeholder, executive, and vendor communications, particularly as a liaison to technical support staff, is required. 

- Awareness and understanding of the challenges of implementing a governance model in a mixed environment of local, state, and federal technical, financial, and operational requirements is desired.
