A residential developer are currently seeking a Site Manager to assist the Project Manager on a 30 unit residential scheme located in Tottenham. This is an exciting ipportunity for a Site Manager to join a newly formed, growing developer with exiting plans for the future.

The Site Manager must have residential experience working with either a developer or main contractor. This role is temporary with the project being at internal finishing stages. Its key for the Site Manager to have internals experience. There is also a possibility of a permanent offer of employment following the completion of this project circa first quarter 2019.
