Job Description
A global consulting firm is looking for an experienced Administrative professional to join their Southern California office.
As one of the integral team members on the Corporate Support team, you will be providing administrative support - including but not limited to managing their complex calendars, travel booking, expense report and vendors screening - to 5 business consultants.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred;
At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate/office setting;
Computer fluency with MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), SAP and Concur desirable;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
