Hours & Compensation:

• PRN/Per Diem Position
• Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 5-hour shift 
• Pay: $15.00/hour

• Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
• Manages incoming call queue.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
• Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner
• Performs other office duties as assigned. 

• Minimum 6 months of reception experience in a busy office environment required. 
• Ability to efficiently and accurately enter information into a computer system.
• High school diploma/ GED required.
