Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email and text invitation from our trusted partner, Arena, to complete a short 3-5 minute questionnaire. Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better. 

Hours & Compensation:

• PRN/Per Diem
• 2 Available shifts
  • 8:00am - 4:00pm every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday) OR
  • As needed, weekdays or weekends
• Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 5 hour shift 
• Pay: $15.00/hour

• Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
• Manages incoming call queue.
• Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera’s and security system.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
• Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner

• Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required.
• High school diploma required
